1. manufacturing process

1. Raw material selection and opening

The imported Portuguese beige marble is selected, and the raw materials with uniform, warm and uniform color are screened. The frame, inclined plane enclosure plate and bottom support split plate are cut along the natural bedding grain of the stone to retain the original natural pore texture and avoid cracks and variegated materials.

2. Modeling machining

1. The outer frame is square and large plate is CNC cut and trimmed, and the 45-degree inner beveled slope surface on both sides of the furnace is integrally formed by CNC gantry milling to ensure that the slope surface is straight and the splicing angle is tight; 

2. Embedded galvanized steel frame in the inner cavity: the inner cavity of the furnace is welded with an integral rust-proof galvanized square steel frame, and the steel frame bears oblique plates on both sides to disperse the stone bearing, prevent the inclined stone from breaking under long-term stress, and reserve the installation size of the embedded fireplace furnace.

3. Trial installation and reinforcement

Each component is pre-assembled with the internal steel frame on site, fixed with special epoxy bonding glue for stone, leveling the gap, correcting the overall square degree, and disassembling after the split assembly is stable.

4. Stone protection and surface treatment

The surface shall be matte frosted and polished in the original ecology, without closed polishing, so as to retain the texture of natural stone. The back of the stone and the splicing gap are coated with penetrating protective agent to block the pores of the stone and prevent alkali return, water seepage and stain bleeding.

5. Furnace matching and finishing

Embedded custom black embedded fireplace core (real fire/simulation electric fireplace can be adapted), the finished product as a whole secondary self-assembly quality inspection.
